Moments Campaign Social Media Contest

Run Dates: November 15 - December 15, 2022

Contest Description

Life’s moments happen here, and we want to see your favorites. Post photos or videos of your favorite memories, big or small, in your Sequoia home for a chance to win $500! Posts can be made on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. If the user's profile is private, their post can be sent to us in a DM to count as a submission.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Employees of Sequoia Equities, Inc., subsidiaries, affiliates, clients, partners, and suppliers, and members of the families or households of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate or win in this Contest.
  • To receive the Prize, the winner must be a current resident of a Sequoia community at the time of payout.
  • This Contest prohibits Contestants from winning multiple prizes

Prizes

  • Each prize consists of a check cut for the winners. 10 winners will be selected.
  • $500 grand prize x2
  • $250 2nd place x4
  • $100 3rd place x4

 

 Winner Selection 

  • Each qualified participant that submits a photo or video by the deadline of December 15, 2022 at 11:59 pm PST, will be entered to win.
  • All prize winners will be notified by a direct message or email.
  • All decisions made by Sequoia Equities, Inc., regarding any aspect of this Contest are final.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

General Conditions

1. This Contest is void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

2. By entering, all Contestants irrevocably and perpetually grant the right to use, adapt, reproduce, distribute, display, and publicly perform their name and likeness in whole or in part, throughout the universe, at the sole discretion of Sequoia Equities, Inc., in connection with any promotional or marketing activities of Sequoia Equities, Inc.

3. By entering this Contest, each participant agrees to comply with the Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Contest.

4. Sequoia Equities, Inc., reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant if all Contest rules are not followed, Contest void if prohibited by law.

5. Sequoia Equities, Inc., reserves the right to make changes to the Contest Rules, which will become effective upon dissemination.

6. Sequoia Equities, Inc., their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, will not assume any responsibility for (1) any changes in the execution of the contest, including cancelation of the contest for any reason whatsoever.; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; or (3) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from any Contestant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
