Pet Policy
Marina's Edge Apartment Homes participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption from a local shelter or humane society. Although there is no weight limit, breed restrictions apply (except for service animals); see office staff for details.
The following is a list of dog breeds, whether full or mixed, that are not accepted for residency:
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Mastiffs (including Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corso Mastiffs, English Mastiffs, Italian Mastiffs, Neopolitan Mastiffs, and Tibetan Mastiffs), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, and Wolf hybrids. In addition, the Russian Bear Dog is not permitted at this time.
