Pet Policy
Sandpiper Village Apartment Homes participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.
We partner with an innovative company called PooPrints which has effectively reduced and even eliminated un-scooped dog waste around the community, keeping our pets and residents happier and healthier.
The following is a list of dog breeds, whether full or mixed, that are not accepted for residency:
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Mastiffs (including Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corso Mastiffs, English Mastiffs, Italian Mastiffs, Neopolitan Mastiffs, and Tibetan Mastiffs), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, and Wolf hybrids. In addition, the Russian Bear Dog is not permitted at this time.
