Giving Back

It's What We Do

Sequoia is committed to giving back, recognizing that our success is deeply connected to the communities we serve. It's not a task or a reminder to make an effort, it's in our DNA. It's what we do.


Every Sequoia team member is granted FOUR paid personal PURPOSE DAYS annually to volunteer with organizations of their choosing. Additionally, each region holds a team purpose day to collectively support our local communities. 

Beyond volunteering our time, we also regularly engage in fundraising and donation drives to support local individuals and communities in need.


Our team members volunteer with a variety of organizations, including hospitals, outreach programs, food banks, shelters, parks, and neighborhood development associations.
