Sequoia is committed to giving back, recognizing that our success is deeply connected to the communities we serve. It's not a task or a reminder to make an effort, it's in our DNA. It's what we do.

Every Sequoia team member is granted FOUR paid personal PURPOSE DAYS annually to volunteer with organizations of their choosing. Additionally, each region holds a team purpose day to collectively support our local communities, complemented by team-wide fundraising and donation drives throughout the year.

From local food banks and shelters to hospitals, parks, and neighborhood outreach programs, we show up to make a meaningful difference where we live and work.
