Disclosures and Licenses

The applicant has the right to provide Sequoia Equities, Inc. (Management Company) with a Portable Tenant Screening Report that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in §38-12-902 (2.5). If the applicant provides Sequoia with a Portable Tenant Screening Report, Sequoia is prohibited from charging a rental application fee; or charging a fee to access or use the Portable Tenant Screening Report.

We obtain a credit report on each applicant. Our credit reporting agency evaluates credit (which may include rent payment history) as an indicator of future rent payment performance. An unsatisfactory or insufficient finding will result in the requirement of an additional deposit, guarantor, or denial. Applicants are responsible for ensuring their credit history is accurate.
