Day one of acquiring a new community is no easy task and requires a lot of planning and hard work from our team. But trust us, the reward is well worth the effort!
Our preparation for day one begins months in advance, from recruiting new team members to finding volunteers to assist during the acquisition. It's an all-hands-on-deck experience that is challenging but incredibly rewarding.
But, let's be honest, none of this would be possible without our amazing team members. They are the ones who ensure everything runs smoothly from day one and beyond. Whether they are managing software transitions, taking over service requests, or cleaning and organizing drawers and closets, our team members play a crucial role. And we can't forget those who volunteer to travel from far and wide to help with the transition! This is a fantastic chance for them to share their expertise, network within the company, and develop new skills that will help them grow in their careers. This extra support continues for several months to ensure a smooth transition and elevate the experience of our new residents.
