WALNUT CREEK, CA — Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine honors Sequoia as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in the Bay Area, ranking 65th overall. Sequoia has earned its place by exceeding the benchmark, creating a workplace and company culture based team member feedback, and solidifying its position as one of the top workplaces for companies based in the San Francisco Bay Area. By crafting perks and programs through incorporating valuable input from its team members, Sequoia has created an award winning company culture. These benefits encompass everything from paid volunteer days off to Fun Days for team members to relax and spend time with members from their regions, making them truly incomparable. This marks Sequoia’s 2nd time making this prestigious list.
To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces in the Bay Area™ List, Great Place To Work collected nearly 100,000 confidential survey responses from team members at eligible companies. Via the Trust Index™ Survey, honest feedback is shared about their experience by responding to 60 statements and answering two open-ended questions.
"We are passionate about creating a workplace that our team members are proud to be a part of," said Enrica Suson, Vice President of Human Resources. "It is they who inspire us every day. Without their continued feedback and support and overall positive outlook, along with their desire to always take care of their customers and each other, Sequoia would not be on this prestigious list."
The Best Workplaces in the Bay Area list survey responses paint a vivid and all-encompassing picture of the overall workplace experience. The top companies selected for this list have demonstrated their unparalleled ability to provide positive outcomes for all team members, transcending job roles, races, genders, sexual orientations, work statuses, and more.
To be eligible for the list, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified™, have at least 10 U.S. employees, and be headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area.
"Congratulations to Best Workplaces in the Bay Area,” says Michael C.
