J Turner Research Recognizes 4 Sequoia Communities for Industry-Leading Online Reputation

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Venu at Galleria, Harrison Tower, Eddyline at Bridgeport, and Seventeen Mile Drive Village have all earned a place on the Elite 1% list of properties in the nation for online reputation in 2024, as recognized by J Turner Research. These communities continue to uphold their status as multi-year winners, consistently demonstrating excellence in their online presence and resident satisfaction. The ORA Power Ranking, developed by J Turner Research, evaluates over 144,000 properties based on lifetime sentiment across multiple reputation platforms. In 2024, only 1,371 properties ranked among the prestigious Elite 1% list.

Venu at Galleria in Roseville, CA takes the top spot in 2024 with an ORA score of 97. This is their fourth consecutive year on the elite 1% list ranking. Representing Portland, Harrison Tower also made the Elite 1% list, making this their 8th consecutive year making them the longest-running Elite 1% community in Sequoia’s portfolio. Also on the list, Eddyline at Bridgeport Village in Tigard, OR, is back for the third consecutive year with an ORA score of 93.

Seventeen Mill Drive Village in Pacific Grove, CA secures the final spot in the Sequoia portfolio making the list for the fourth consecutive year. They finished 2024 with an ORA score of 93.

Sequoia’s portfolio of 59 communities has an average ORA score of 78 compared to the national average of 62.17.
