J Turner Research Recognizes 7 Sequoia Communities for Industry Leading Online Reputation

WALNUT CREEK, CA – Venu at Galleria, EVIVA Midtown, Harrison Tower, Seventeen Mile Drive Village, Center Pointe, Eddyline at Bridgeport, and Paragon at Old Town have been recognized among the Elite 1% properties in the nation with the best online reputation for 2022 by J Turner Research. Sequoia went from having four ranked communities in 2021 to seven ranked communities in 2022. The ORA® Power Ranking, developed by J Turner Research, is based on monthly online reputation research of over 132,000 properties’ lifetime reviews across multiple online reputation sites. In 2022, 1,984 properties earned the Elite 1% distinction in the ninth annual Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking, published by Multifamily Executive (MFE).

Venu at Galleria in Roseville, CA takes the top spot again for the second year in a row with an ORA® Score of 97. They come in ranking 7th in California and 1st in the Greater Sacramento Region. “This recognition validates that we are providing an outstanding community for our residents, more than just a place for them to call home. EVIVA Midtown, located in Sacramento, CA, has now made the Elite 1% list for five consecutive years! They closed out 2022 ranking 3rd in the Greater Sacramento Area with an ORA score of 96. Their consistency and dedication to their residents and prospects is truly impressive. Seventeen Mile Drive Village in Pacific Grove, CA made the list for the first time this year, after just missing the cut last year. They secured their spot finishing with a score of 96.

An additional California team joined J Turner’s Elite 1% list for the first time this year, Paragon at Old Town in Monrovia, CA. They finished 2022 with an impressive ORA® score of 94, which is a ten point jump from the previous year.

Three of Sequoia’s Oregon communities also made the Elite 1% list including Harrison Tower located in Portland, OR, making 2022 their 6th consecutive year on the Elite 1% list. They also ranked 1st in the city of Portland and 2nd in the state of Oregon. Achieving an ORA® score of 95, Center Pointe in Beaverton, OR made the list for the first time this year ranking 4th in the state of Oregon. Finally, Eddyline at Bridgeport located in Tigard, OR achieved a second year recognition ranking 20th in the state of Oregon.

Sequoia’s portfolio of 83 communities have an average ORA score of 73.12 compared to the national average of 62.88.
