Sequoia Equities, Inc. Acquires 304-Unit Multifamily Community in Greenwood Village, Colorado

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia announces the acquisition of Isabella Apartment Homes, a 304-unit, garden-style apartment community located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Built in 1995, Isabella sits on 18 acres and comprises over 338,706 residential square feet with a net density of 16.89 units per acre. 

The community’s makeup consists of 36, 2-3 story residential buildings, a newly renovated leasing office, a modern farmhouse-style clubhouse, and an expansive fitness center. Isabella boasts oversized floor plans with an average unit size of 1,114 sq ft, attached direct access 1-2 car garages, and upgraded interior finishes. Sequoia continues to grow within the Denver metro area, as this is their third community purchased during the calendar year with The Parc at Greenwood Village and Montrachet in Lakewood, representing Sequoia’s additional acquisitions within the market. The addition of Isabella will increase Sequoia’s portfolio holdings to 14,905 units across 58 communities.

We are elated to add Isabella to our growing Denver portfolio.
