Sequoia Equities, Inc. Initiates Management Services on Two Multifamily Communities in Dublin, CA

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia announces that they have strengthened their relationship with Emerald Properties and will initiate management services on two more of their communities in Dublin, California. Avoca Dublin Station, formerly known as Avana Dublin Station, and Emerald Park Apartment Homes are both garden-style communities, built in the early 2000’s. Avoca is 177 units, which consist of 160,224 residential square feet and Emerald Park is 358 units, consisting of 323,602 residential square feet.

Both communities offer top-tier common area amenities coupled with a variety of interior renovation packages, both of which, help the communities stand out against their neighboring competitors. Some of these unique amenities include an onsite movie theater, a dedicated game room, 24-hour fitness centers, resident kitchens, and a community garden. Upgraded interior finishes include subway tile back splashes in the kitchens, stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, and of course, full-size washer and dryers in each home. With this management agreement, Sequoia now manages 17,355 homes across 84 communities.

“Sequoia’s emphasis on customer experience is unmatched within the industry and we love showing our ownership groups how this can consistently build value and provide management stability for years to come,” stated Erik Peterson, Senior VP of Acquisitions & Business Development. “We are beyond thrilled to add these communities to our management services and we want to thank Emerald Properties for this opportunity. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with them, which will prove essential in strengthening these assets for years to come,” he added.

Location is everything. Emerald Park and Avoca Dublin Station both have centralized locations within the city and are near some of the area’s top-rated schools. The community also capitalizes on a variety of well-known employers in its immediate area and many high-end restaurants and retail options are nearby as well. Both communities are only about 1 mile away from the local light rail station, Interstate 580 & 680. This ease of accessibility is a distinct advantage to commuters traveling to Bay Area employers daily.
