Sequoia Initiates Management Services on Fuller Enterprises’ 23 Multifamily Communities in the Bay Area

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia Equities announces that they will start management services on 23 multifamily communities consisting of 1,527 homes. The communities are all garden-style and spread throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. With this agreement, Sequoia’s unit count increases by over 10% with 16,432 units across 81 communities under management.
