As CFO for over 30 years, I’ve shaped Sequoia’s financial strategy, overseeing accounting, budgeting, and long-term planning to ensure stability and growth. I work closely with investor management, fostering transparency and building strong financial relationships. My goal has always been to support Sequoia’s vision by driving sound decision-making and sustainable progress, ensuring we meet the needs of our residents, team members, and investors alike.

With over 10 years at Sequoia, I’ve gained valuable insights into supporting employees, customers, and owners through various operational roles. Now, as Executive VP, I lead transformative initiatives that drive growth, foster innovation, and enhance collaboration across teams. By aligning strategies with ownership goals and leveraging operational efficiencies, I’m committed to creating thriving communities, exceeding investor expectations, and ensuring Sequoia’s long-term success.

At Sequoia, I lead our CX, IT, Marketing, Training, and Project Management teams to enhance resident experiences and support operational excellence. My focus is on streamlining behind-the-scenes processes, making life easier for both our customers and team members. With over 20 years at Sequoia, I also play a role in business development, leveraging my deep knowledge of our operations and passion for delivering value to support owners, residents, and team members alike.

I focus on protecting and enhancing asset value through strategic risk management, workplace safety programs, and value-add improvements. Drawing from my background in portfolio management and over 15 years at Sequoia, I ensure our properties run efficiently to maximize performance. By aligning preservation efforts with ownership objectives, I’m committed to delivering strong results that position our investors for long-term success.

With over 15 years of experience, I lead Sequoia’s HR team in driving employee engagement, retention, and leadership development while aligning strategies with business objectives. My team manages recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee relations, creating a culture recognized as a “Best Place to Work.” By prioritizing team member growth and operational excellence, we ensure Sequoia remains a leader in both employee satisfaction and business success.
