Spring Cleaning Tips, Vol. 3

Mattress

When your sheets and comforter are being washed, use your vacuum's small space tool to get all the crevices of your mattress. Use a mild carpet cleaner to clean up any stains. Finish off your work with a mist of fabric refresher or sanitizer to pull out any odors. Tackle this every 2 weeks if you can!

Pillows and Comforter

These guys should be washed about 3 times a year. Make sure you check the label on specific instructions. While you're at it, you might as well move the bed to vacuum the dust bunnies from under your sleeping quarters.

Clothes

Deep clean your accessories and get rid of unused clothes. If you haven't worn it in a year, you probably won't wear it soon. Bonus tip: Start your entire closet facing a certain way. As you wear and wash the clothes, hang them the opposite direction. Any items that are still facing the original way should be removed!
