Developed by J Turner Research, the ORA® Power Ranking is based on monthly online reputation research of over 128,000 properties’ lifetime reviews across multiple online reputation sites. In 2021, 1,564 properties earned the Elite 1% distinction in the eighth annual Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking, published by Multifamily Executive (MFE).

This is the first time in a few years that Venu at Galleria in Roseville, CA has taken the top spot at Sequoia with an ORA® Score of 95. EVIVA Midtown, located in Sacramento, CA, has now made the Top 1% list for the 4th consecutive year! They closed out 2021 ranking 4th in the Greater Sacramento Region, and 16th in California. Achieving an ORA® Score of 94, Eddyline at Bridgeport, located in Tigard, OR, made the Elite 1% for the first time, since being built in 2014, and ranked 10th in the state of Oregon.
