Sequoia Equities, Inc. Acquires 248-Unit Multifamily Community in Greenwood Village, Colorado

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia announces the acquisition of The Parc at Greenwood Village, a 248-unit, garden-style apartment community located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Built in 2015, The Parc comprises over 244,000 residential square feet situated on 8+ acres. This acquisition increases the firm's portfolio holdings to 14,173 units across 55 communities.

The Parc at Greenwood Village is centrally located within the desirable Denver Tech Center (DTC) area which boasts a wide variety of employers, fine dining, shopping, and a top-rated school district. Downtown Denver is only a short commute utilizing the nearby I-25 freeway or via the light rail at Orchard Station, which is only a 5-minute walk from the community.
