This acquisition reflects a continuation of Sequoia’s growing presence within the Denver metro area. The company recently acquired another community within the market, The Parc at Greenwood Village, earlier in 2021. The addition of Montrachet will increase its portfolio holdings to 14,601 units across 57 communities.
