Sequoia Equities, Inc. Acquires 252-Unit Multifamily Community in Lakewood, Colorado

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia announces the acquisition of Montrachet Apartment Homes, a 252-unit, garden-style apartment community located in Lakewood, Colorado. Built in 2002, Montrachet sits on over 23 hillside acres overlooking Downtown Denver and the surrounding areas with over 305,190 residential square feet consisting of 24, 2-3 story residential buildings and a newly renovated leasing office, expansive clubhouse, and fitness center. This acquisition reflects a continuation of Sequoia’s growing presence within the Denver metro area. The company recently acquired another community within the market, The Parc at Greenwood Village, earlier in 2021. The addition of Montrachet will increase its portfolio holdings to 14,601 units across 57 communities
