Sequoia Equities, Inc. Initiates Management Services for 200-Unit Multifamily Community in Sparks, NV.

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia will start management responsibilities for Marina’s Edge, a 200-unit apartment community situated in Sparks, Nevada, encompassing 151,040 square feet of residential space.

Presently, the community is undergoing renovations, enhancing homes with amenities like in-unit washers and dryers, hardwood-style flooring, and stainless steel appliances. Additionally, residents can enjoy perks such as an onsite dog park and a fully equipped fitness center accessible 24/7. With this new addition, Sequoia's management portfolio now spans over 15,000 homes across 63 communities.

Rita Crawford, Senior VP of Operations, expressed enthusiasm regarding Sequoia's latest management agreement, stating, “We are excited to welcome Marina’s Edge to the Sequoia family. Leveraging our extensive experience in multifamily management and resident-focused approach, we are poised to deliver immense value not only to the residents of Marina’s Edge but also to ownership, serving as a reliable long-term partner.”

Marina’s Edge enjoys a strategic location less than a mile from Highway 80, providing convenient access to major employers such as Tesla, Walmart, and Amazon. Additionally, the community is a short walk from Sparks Marina and adjacent to a large retail center, offering residents exceptional shopping and recreational opportunities. Furthermore, the University of Nevada is just a quick drive away from Marina’s Edge.
