Sequoia Equities, Inc. Initiates Management Services for 300-Unit Multifamily Community in Concord, CA

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia announces they will start management services on Palm Lake Apartment Homes, a 300-unit, garden-style apartment community in Concord, California. Built in 1973, Palm Lake consists of 237,444 residential square feet.

The community’s central water feature and tropical vibe offer a unique rental experience to the residents in the community. Palm Lake also has a sprawling clubhouse, a fitness center, resort-style pool, and spa, plus a tot lot. Renovated homes in the community feature granite countertops & hardwood-style flooring. With this agreement, Sequoia now manages 16,915 homes across 83 communities.
