Sequoia Equities, Inc. Initiates Management Services for 88-Unit Multifamily Community in Pittsburg, CA

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia announces they will start management services on Creekside Village, an 88-unit, senior (55+) apartment community located in Pittsburg, California. Built in 2003, Creekside consists of 65,336 residential square feet.

The homes offer large, open-concept layouts that include washers & dryers, fireplaces, walk-in closets, and hardwood-style flooring. The community also boasts a resort-style pool & spa, plus an updated resident lounge that provides active seniors a place to enjoy curated events. With this agreement, Sequoia now manages over 17,000 homes across 84 communities.

Erik Peterson, Senior VP of Acquisitions & Business Development, said this about Sequoia’s newest management agreement, “The Sequoia Equities team cannot wait to bring its years of expertise and customer experience to the residents Creekside while providing ownership a partner they can rely on for years to come.”

Creekside Village is less than 2 miles from Highway 4 and the Pittsburg Center BART station, both of which offer residents easy access around the Bay Area. The community is also close to a wide variety of retail shopping and schools. Music venues and recreational parks are also nearby to provide residents with a wealth of options that include diverse activities.
