Sequoia Named one of The Oregonian’s 2020 Top Workplaces

We are so excited to announce that we have been named one of The Oregonian’s 2020 Top Workplaces for the 4th consecutive year! Each year, The Oregonian Media Group recognizes companies and organizations that go above and beyond. The “Top Workplaces” award is based solely on anonymous feedback from our team members. These anonymous surveys measure 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. Company culture is everything, and without it we wouldn’t have the success that we do today. Sequoia was honored along with 44 other small employers, each with 35 to 99 employees in Oregon and/or southwest Washington, on September 23 for a virtual awards ceremony. Overall, Sequoia was ranked fourth amongst small employers for 2020.

We wouldn’t be receiving this award if it weren’t for our Pacific Northwest team members who work and live by our Sequoia brand every day. They tirelessly implement our brand pillars to:
