Sequoia Equities, Inc. Initiates Management Services for 78-Unit Multifamily Community in Fairfield, CA

WALNUT CREEK, CA - Sequoia announces they will start management services on Sunrise Residences, a 78-unit, garden-style apartment community located in Fairfield, California. Built in 2018, Sunrise Residences consists of 45,521 residential square feet and 9,620 square feet of retail space.

Each home offers a modern aesthetic, as each of the community’s 78 residential units boasts granite countertops, installed washers and dryers, and spacious, open-concept layouts, but they also offer 10 to 14-foot vaulted ceilings. Sunrise Residences offers a resident lounge that has been renovated and modern electric vehicle charging spaces as well. With this agreement, Sequoia now manages 16,510 homes across 81 communities.
